Locally Sourced Duck Breast + Pork Fried Rice and Local Bok Choy (green beans pictured)

Joyce Farms Duck Breast, marinated with pineapple, oranges, and pepper. Grilled and Seared with garlic, thyme, shallots and tamari (gluten free) soy sauce.

Served with Pork Fried Rice (locally sourced boston butt) marinated and roasted with pineapple, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, gochujang (crushed red pepper paste), and chinese five spice. Rice is fried in maple view farms butter, and sauteed with local peas, carrots, and onion. Also served with locally sourced spicy bok choy (garlic, chili garlic sauce, and tamari (gluten free) soy sauce).

Keto Friendly Option (double bok choy or cauliflower fried “rice” is available, pork free option also available).
